Vee Glenn is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and has a Specialty in Exercise Therapy. Form is more important than heavy lifts or more reps – NO GARBAGE REPS! The goal with fitness is to help you love your body, not punish it for something you ate or because you have to; it should not be a monotonous grind but something you look forward to on most days!
That’s why we love using programs that have been thoroughly tested and finding the right one for you! Not everyone loves dumbbells or running or Barre or Pilates, but we can find what sparks that fire in you! And then keeps you going long after the excitement has worn off by utilizing online boot camps/accountability groups. They are our safe place and we encourage and lift another up!
We strive for progress, not perfection and want you to fully commit but we’re human and will all have off days. What’s important is building a routine and meeting you where you’re at right now. All the programs have modifiers and encourage a warm-up, cool-down and mobility session to prevent injury. We also cycle through different areas to concentrate on or to rest and dynamic recovery/mobility days and have pdf calendars so you can plan ahead.
