Depriving yourself sucks. Vee’s clients shift their lifestyle and relationship with food which allows them to make and maintain long-term effects instead of an imaginary quick fix that can damage their system.
Vee wants you to find enjoyment in your meals and grow your knowledge of how to make better food choices when it comes to shopping, meal prepping, recipes, cooking, and portions in addition to raising awareness about habits you have around food and meals.
Vee has a range of options to help you on your nutrition journey, everything from 1) budget-friendly options if you’re willing to watch videos and learn how to put together your own meal plan and enjoy an online supportive community to 2) individually customized plans that are adjusted based on your needs with weekly one-on-one check ins, and 3) everything in between! All levels take into consideration any dietary preferences (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc)!
